An internship or paid work placement experience abroad can be the positive answer to the current competitive market! | StudyGlobal offers paid work programmes and also professional internships in different English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Russian & Chinese speaking countries for students aged 18-30 who already have at least an intermediate or upper-intermediate level in the respective language. Our partner schools offer a personalised service and commitment to quality.
These programmes require the student to take a previous language course for a minimum amount of time to help the student prepare for the working world in a foreign country. Whilst your are at school you will receive the final details and the interview will be organised. A member of the school will be monitoring your programme and will help you create your CV. Your tutor will also give you advice and help you solve any problems that might come up during your placement. | | The placement will be confirmed once you have satisfactorily completed your interview with the prospective company and have been accepted. The school and its work placement department will try their best to provide you with an internship/paid work placement but we cannot guarantee that you will be accepted by the company. The schools guarantee 1 job interview - but not the job. The outcome will depend on your previous experience, language level and company needs. The type of job offered will depend on the student's age, preferred area, work experience, level of English and company's needs. Both, the internship and paid work placement are the oportunity to practise English in an international professional environment in a foreign country. | | Some of our partner schools also offer volunteer programmes. Usually these programmes include accommodation and meals during the volunteer period. If the accommodation was not to be included, the school would be able to help you find accommodation. Volunteer programmes are always unpaid. |
|
| Paid Work Placements Abroad | Paid work placements are aimed to provide you with an experience abroad, to help you meet people from other parts of the world and, at the same time, obtain a minimum salary to sustain your stay. The type of job offered will vary depending on the student's age, sector, professional experience, interests, level of English and company needs. The usual available areas are services, retail, cleaning services and hospitality.
