When you register with StudyGlobal,
you will be required to provide StudyGlobal
with the following personal information: your name, email
address, postal address, gender, age and nationality.
We may request further information from you when you enter
one of our competitions, take advantage of our promotions
or special offers or wish to use our services such as
request one of our regular newsletters.
2. Subscribers
If you decide to become a subscriber to one or more of
our StudyGlobal
newsletters we will need to collect your e-mail address
in order to send our newsletters to you. We will not use
your e-mail address for any other purpose.
3. Sensitive Information
We are required by law to advise you that occasionally
the selections you make when using our services may indicate
information about you that you may regard as sensitive
such as your nationality, gender and the state of your
health (allergies, smoker). As with all of the personal
information you provide to us, you can be assured that
any sensitive information you choose to supply to us will

We use the information we collect, and you provide, to
supply our services to you. In some instances this may

to our customers we may from time to time provide links

StudyGlobal
although StudyGlobal
branding may appear on these sites. If you provide any
personal information to the operators of these sites their
use of your personal information will be subject to the
privacy policy applying to their site which may not be
the same as the StudyGlobal
privacy policy. We advise you to read any third party
privacy policy carefully before providing any personal
information to a third party.

We, our partners and the third parties to which you choose
to submit any personal information may contact you by
letter, fax, e-mail or telephone to provide services and
facilities to you.
7. Transfer
We may transfer your data to any purchaser of our business
in order that they can continue to provide services and
facilities to you.
Please note that some of our group companies and third
party partners may be located overseas in countries in
which do not have as extensive data protection laws as
the European Union or the United States of America.
8. Cookies
We currently do not use cookies to track and store information
about you.
9. Children
We do not allow persons who we know to be 17 or younger
to register with StudyGlobal
and do not therefore knowingly solicit personal information
from persons aged 17 or younger or share such information
with third parties.
10. General
Your personal information will be held and used by us
in accordance with EU data protection legislation.
We may change this privacy policy from time to time. Any
change will take effect once the revised privacy policy
is available on the StudyGlobal
home page.
