German Courses

The basis of our tuition is the modern usage of the German language. We focus on the understanding of both, spoken and written language, as well as the ability to express oneself orally and in writing. The German course follows a clear progression and aims to train grammar and sentence structures and expand vocabulary. The alternating of teaching methods guarantees optimum learning success. Our main focus is on oral communication, which you can put into practice not only in role plays, language learning games and discussions, but also in the leisure activities with your teachers. Regular tests integrated into the lessons allow course participants to assess their own progress. | | Placement and level A written grading test taken before arrival via internet as well as a short oral test on the day of arrival allows us to assign the students into classes according to their level. The organization of the levels is carried out in accordance with the examination system of the “Common European Framework of Reference for languages” (CEFR) levels: A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2. |

German + Counselling Service for Job or Internship
| Combine a German language Course (min. 4 weeks) with an internship/job in Germany (min. 12 weeks)!
Apart from the language courses, our partner school offers to help with getting a chance to practice German outside of the school environment and to gain at the same time work experience - with our counseling service for a job or an internship. | | The program consists of two parts. The student attends a German language course of his/her choice for a minimum of 4weeks. A minimum level of intermediate German is required. During this time, we will support the student with information about companies who could eventually offer jobs or internships, about the applying procedure and about the documents the student has to provide. For this, the student has to bring: Tabulated curriculum vitae with school education and work experience, all certificates, certificate of enrolment (if he/she is studying), passport and a photo. We will arrange up to 5 job/internship interviews for the student where he/she can present himself to the possible employer. However, we cannot guarantee that each student gets a job or an internship, since it depends also on the student’s motivation and previous knowledge. The counseling fee is not refundable. | | - A job is usually paid work where a low level of qualification is required, e.g. working at McDonalds, as a waiter in a café or bar, or any kind of unskilled labor or temporary employment.
- An internship is usually unpaid work and is related to a student’s field of studies or career plans to gain experience and knowledge by training.
In undertaking a job or internship, students will discover the nature of professional life whilst collecting valuable experience for a future career. Student should be able to work for a minimum of 3 months and have a good knowledge of German. The better the previous knowledge of German and the better the previous work experience and qualifications, the higher is the chance to find a qualified internship/work placement.
