The school will guide you in CV and application letter writing, give you tips for interviews and direct you to the best places to find jobs locally. Jobs are typically in catering, housekeeping and the hospitality industry. There is no minimum number of weeks in order to use that service, however, it is rather recommended for long-term students (8 weeks +) as it might be difficult to find a job for a short study period only. Students cannot book this service in advance. Our English language partner school therefore offers an English language program for younger students aged 13 to 17 years during the summer months from July to August. Students study 20 lessons per week in international classes of max. 15 students per group. The school uses a communicative approach to make students feel comfortable when speaking English. Students alternate between morning and afternoon classes. | | | The college provides excellent facilities in London travel zone 3, just outside of the bustle of central London, yet less than 15 minutes by train into the city centre. | Being based in the centre of London, our English language school partner is at the heart of all the famous sights of the city. Indeed, Covent Garden is a wonderful area to walk around and it's well connected to the rest of the city. The school's social programme is jam packed with great things for you to see and do. Below is a sample list of past events the school has organised: - After Hours - Queen Mary Boat: Why not go for a drink on the Queen Mary? The top deck has a large pub with a night club on the lower deck. Get there early as the queues can get long.
- Student Pub Night: Join us for a drink at the new student bar - The Bedford Hotel
- Stonehenge and Bath: Travel to the city of Bath and enjoy a sightseeing tour plus entrance to the worlds most famous Roman Baths, which has over 2000 years of history.
- Like Rock Music: Live rock music in a cool bar. Roadhouse in Covent Garden is entry free before 9pm!
- Pronunciation Classes: Improve your pronunciation skills. Come and sign up in reception.
- Trip To The Science Museum: See, touch and experience the major scientific advances of the last 300 years, at the largest museum of its kind in the world
