Public Transport

Public transports
We recommend to you to buy a weekly or a monthly ticket at the ticket machines of any station. The prices will depend on the numbers of zones which you will pass. Normally the zones 2-3 are sufficient for traveling inside the inner circle of Munich. However, we recommend to check first if your accommodation is situation inside the 3 zones. The ticket is valid for underground, suburban train, tram and busses. If you buy only single trip tickets or a multi-trip ticket with 10 stripes, please do not forget to valid the ticket once before you start your trip with public transportation.
