How to get to Brighton from Heathrow Airport:

Option 1: Bus

National Express buses operate between Heathrow Airport and Brighton. They depart every hour and the journey length is about 2 hours. Cost: GBP 23,00 a single ticket

Option 2 : Train

You will have to go to Victoria Station in order to take a train towards Brighton. Many trains leave from Heathrow Airport and it takes about 1 hour to go to Victoria Station. Once there, you can take a train to Brighton. Journey length is between 1h00 and 1h30.

How to get to Brighton from Gatwick Airport:

Option 1: Bus

National Express buses operate between Gatwick Airport and Brighton. They leave every 30 minutes and journey length is between 45 and 55 minutes. Cost: GBP 7,30 a single ticket.

Option 2 : Train

Brighton is located at 30-40 minutes by train from Gatwick Airport. Trains depart regularly from the airport. Cost: GBP 8,00 a single ticket.

Option 1: Bus

National Express buses connect London to Brighton. Journey is direct and lasts 02h10. Cost: GBP 11,50 a single ticket (cost may vary according to schedule)

Option 2: Train

From Victoria and London Bridge stations:
Many trains towards Brighton depart from Victoria and London Bridge stations. Journey lasts between 1h00 and 1h30 (according to the departure station) and the line is direct. Cost: between GBP 18 and 20 a single ticket.
From the other London stations, you will have to go to Victoria station to take a train towards Brighton. There are also direct services from Scotland, the North West, Midlands, West country and South Wales.

Brighton is just 20 minutes by road or 25 minutes by rail from the port of Newhaven where a ferry service operates to Dieppe.
