In order to become one of our valued customers there are a few easy steps you will have to take:
- Check out our offers on our website and in ideal you will find a language course that will suit your needs. Should you need support in finding the right program for you, check our description of the various courses
- If you cannot find any course that suits you or you are overwhelmed with the offer, call our travel consultants for free from your country of choice or send us an e-Mail at
 . - Once you have found a course that suits you, fill out the request form. This insures that we get all your details correctly and can send you a proper offer that will reach you. By filling out the request form you are not committing to any booking. The offer is without any engagement.
- If the offer does not fulfill your desires, you can request a new or amended version as often as you like. It may be useful to contact our travel consultants.
- In between we may check availability of your requested course and accommodation (if needed next to the course).
- Once the offer does fulfill your desires, you fill out our booking form in which we will need some additional data to your so far provided request form.
- Upon receiving your booking, we will send you a pre-booking confirmation and a pro-forma invoice.
- With the payment of your deposit you will be booked with the school. In urgent cases (usually high season) we may ask you to prove your payment as soon as possible in order to reserve your spot in the course. Once you receive an email from StudyGlobal confirming your deposit payment you can expect to have a seat in a course. Only in seldom cases you will book and pay the deposit but a course and/or accommodation will already be sold out. In that case you will be recontacted by StudyGlobal to discuss possible alternatives.
- 4 weeks prior to departure you will need to make your final payment. Should you have booked less than 4 weeks prior to departure; you will have to pay the full amount with your deposit.
- As soon as we will have all details of your journey, you will receive a full information package including school, course and (if booked) accommodation details.
Please be aware that we sometimes send the information package even if we do not have the accommodation details (usually host family) at that point. You should usually receive your accommodation details no longer than 2 weeks prior to departure.
