 Shared flat
The school can accommodate a few students in
shared flats (located in the old town 15 min away by foot, on
the east side of the city 30 min away by foot, or in the
centre).
Students have their own room and share the
kitchen and the bathroom(s). There is also a common living room
in each flat.
"Paganini flat"
Located in the old town, 10/15 min by foot
from the school, this beautiful shared duplex is equipped with 6
bedrooms, 4 shower rooms, 1 bathroom, 2 kitchens and a living
room.
Each bedroom welcomes maximum 2 students and
is equipped with a little fridge and a TV.
Minimum stay 4 weeks
From January to June and from September to
December:

20 extra fees for arrival and 20 for
departure during the week-end. Bring your own linen and sheets.

Pierre Sola
Located rue Pierre Sola, 30 min by foot from
the school, or 5 min by train. All renovated, 80 m², 3 bedrooms
with kitchen fully equipped (fridge, washing machine, dish
washer, hot plates), opened on the dining room.
Bedroom 1: 18 m², sofa bed + one double
bed in mezzanine, one pers. 650 4 weeks, 2 pers. 900 4 weeks,
Bedroom 2: 15 m², double bed, one pers.

4-room flat, 85 m², located in the centre of
Nice, 10/15 min by foot from the school, 2nd floor. The kitchen
is fully equipped (fridge and freezer, hot plates, micro-wave,
washing machine and dish washer).
Double bed in the bedrooms, one bathroom and
toilets.
500 for 4 weeks for one person, 600 for 2
persons, 800 in summer for 4 weeks.

Decartes and Carrare are near a big shopping centre. The
residence is equipped with studio apartments (study room, shower,
toilets, kitchenette). Studio apartments for 1 person only.
Arrivals on Saturday (Central Fac 2) and on Sunday for
Carrare and Descartes. Departures on Saturday before 12
am. There is an access code to get into the residence. There is
no caretaker on Sunday. The student has to go directly to the
studio (France Langue will give you the studios number), the
door will be opened, the keys will be on the bed with linen

Deposit: 300. The amount will be reimbursed at the end
of the stay less the Cleaning service at the end of the stay (compulsory):

In Nice different residences can be offered
depending on availability and the period:
France Riviera
Located around 30 min by foot from the school
(15 min by bus), 2 min from the beach, this residence has 52
studios (around 15 m² for one or 18 m² for two students)
equipped with a shower room, toilets and a small kitchen area
(micro wave, hotplate, sink), furnished with a desk, a coffee
table and a sofa bed (even for double occupancy).
